  • 250ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla paste
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tub of cream cheese frosting
  • 1/4 cup Wildflower Oak Gin
  • 2 cups icing sugar mixture
  • Ground pecans
  • Cinnamon sugar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  2. In a blender, combine the pumpkin purée, sweetened condensed milk, egg, vanilla paste, cinnamon, ginger, salt, and nutmeg. Blend until well combined.
  3. Pour the pumpkin mixture into ready-made tart shells.
  4. Bake the tarts for 25 minutes.
  5. While the tarts are baking, make the Wildflower Oak Gin cream cheese frosting. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese frosting, Wildflower Oak Gin, and icing sugar mixture until well combined. Transfer the frosting to a piping bag.
  6. To toast the ground pecans, heat a pan over medium heat and add the ground pecans. Toast for a few minutes, stirring frequently, until fragrant. Remove from the pan and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  7. Once the tarts are cool, pipe the frosting onto the tarts and sprinkle with the toasted, cinnamon sugar-coated pecans.
  8. Serve the Wildflower Oak Gin pumpkin pies and enjoy!
